Council Delegates are representatives who voice their PTA's interests at the Council level. Each campus within CCCC of PTAs area has five representatives at Council Delegate meetings: the Principal, the PTA President, and the 3 Council Delegate. If a representative cannot attend, an alternate may be appointed, provided the Council Secretary is informed prior to each meeting.
The goals of the delegates are to receive information and training from the council, report actions of the council to their PTA, and vote as directed by their PTA membership.
Each delegate has the responsibility to:
